On the very day of your event I set myself enough time to get to the venue at least 3 hours before it starts.
This gives me enough time to set up my equipment which are fully PAT tested to professional standard. I also have a full Public Liability Insurance By The ALLIANZ Musical Insurance.
These documentations are usually recommended at various established banqueting suites, hotel and all other wedding venues.
